Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VU Bookshop (vubookshoppk.com), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Order Placement & Payment

Order Process:

Orders can be placed directly through our website.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email
Prices are subject to change without notice
Order processing will begin only after payment is received.

Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for book orders.

If incorrect or incomplete information is provided by the customer, we cannot be held responsible for any delivery or payment issues.

Product Information

Book Conditions:

All books are based on the latest and updated VU curriculum.
Books are printed and bound in our own shop, ensuring excellent quality and durability.
We use 70g matte paper, known for its premium quality — no other VU book seller offers paper of this standard.
The cover design shown on the website may differ from the printed copy, but the content is 100% accurate and officially provided by VU.
Prices are student-friendly — there are no extra taxes or hidden charges.

Note: All books at VU Bookshop are freshly printed copies of VU Handouts, not original publisher editions. Since each book is printed on demand for VU students, no returns, exchanges, or complaints are accepted after delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility:

Wrong item delivered
Damaged during delivery
Missing pages or printing errors

Return Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery

Condition: Books must be in original, unused condition

Non-Returnable: Change of mind, orders placed incorrectly by customer, requests after 24 hours
