Refunds & Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

                The wrong item was delivered (e.g., incorrect book or old edition)
The product was damaged during delivery
Pages are missing or the book is printed incorrectly

            

To be eligible for a return:

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
The book must be in unused and original condition, with no marks, writing, or folds

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Change of mind after purchase
Request made after 24 hours of receiving the order
Wrong item delivered because of incorrect order placed by the customer (e.g., selected wrong subject by mistake)

How to Request a Return

If your order meets the above return conditions:

Your order number
Reason for return
Photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Once your request is reviewed, we’ll guide you on how to send the item back to us.

Refunds

If you wish to cancel your order before it is delivered, and want your payment refunded, it must be done within 24 hours after placing the order.

Refund Eligibility:

If a book was delivered incorrectly, damaged, or is an old edition due to our mistake, then a refund will be issued
Refunds will be issued within 24 hours on the account provided by the customer
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the mistake was from our side

Exchanges

Exchange Conditions:

If you received a defective, old edition, or incorrect book (because of our mistake), we will replace it free of charge
However, if the wrong book was ordered due to customer’s own error or any reason not caused by us, then exchange will not be possible
