We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible so you receive your books in a timely manner.

Once your order is confirmed, we prepare and dispatch it within the timeframe below. Delivery may take a little longer during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Charges

We offer competitive shipping rates to keep books affordable for students. Charges depend on the number of books in your order:

Bulk orders (20+ books): Shipping is calculated as a percentage of the order cost. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Our Shipping Partner

To ensure affordable rates for students, all orders are shipped through Pakistan Post. We choose Pakistan Post because:

  • It offers the most affordable rates for students
  • It delivers to small cities and villages where other courier companies don’t operate
  • It provides nationwide coverage across Pakistan

Delivery Coverage

We currently ship to all areas within Pakistan, including small towns and villages. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Payment Methods

We accept prepaid orders only. You can pay through any of the following:

Why no Cash on Delivery? Books are heavier than normal parcels, and COD services charge extra for heavy items — which raises the price for students. To keep books affordable, we only offer prepaid orders.

Delays & Exceptions

Orders may sometimes be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Holidays or special occasions
  • Bad weather conditions
  • Strikes or courier service issues
  • High order volumes

Please note that on weekends, holidays, and special occasions, courier offices remain closed and parcels do not move on those days. That is why only business days are counted in the delivery time.

Important: Once an order is dispatched, it is no longer in our control, as it travels through different cities and post offices to reach you. If a holiday or any unexpected situation comes up along the way, please be patient — your order will reach you. You can keep checking the tracking system for updates, and if there is a major delay, please contact us.

Damaged or Late Parcels

If a book arrives damaged: When you receive your parcel, if any book is significantly damaged, take clear photos within 48 hours and contact our team on WhatsApp at 0326-0775533 along with your order number. Once verified, we will resend the damaged book or refund its amount.

If your parcel is delayed: If an order takes more than one week, first check the tracking page — it may already be on its way to you. If there are no updates there, please contact us and we’ll look into it.
